Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, voluntary email address and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained as long as site is operational. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
You can ask to remove your comments and metadata with it. For this request, you need to be able to provide the IP address and browser details to confirm your validity.
B) Customership
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
For main contact persons, we collect:
- Name, email and phone number
The collection is due to manage customer relationship and manage invoicing.
Who we share your data with
No one.
How long we retain your data
1 year from the last invoice.
What rights you have over your data
Right to inspect, correct and ask for removal.
Where we send your data
No where, all data is stored locally off-cloud.
Additional information
How we protect your data
Data access is restricted, logged and encrypted in rest and at transit.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Notification in 24 hours to data subjects and contact to authorities.
What third parties we receive data from
None.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
None.
